Lesson 70 | Study Suggests That Taking ‘Micro-Breaks’ At Work Can Improve Our Well-Being And Boost Our Energy
- I was entitled to take two fifteen-minute breaks a day.
-two jobs ago
: two years ago는 들어봤어도, two jobs ago라는 표현은 너무 신선하잖아!
-You've got to get rid of your cobwebs.
: You've got to clear your head.
-This job causes fatigue.
This job makes me tired.
One of the symptoms of Covid 19 is fatigue.
-cognitively demanding job
-creative job vs repetitive job vs cognitive job

It is difficult to take a micro break while I'm working at home. This is serious. I feel guilty when I take a break. In Canada, people are entitled to take two fifteen-minute breaks a day. I need to clear my head and get my energy boosted to improve my productivity. It is my three-day project to take a fifteen-minute break.
