Hi Teachers,
We apologize for the confusion.
We will be switching to Zoom, not Teams. My sincere apologies for the multiple changes and any inconvenience caused.
We have tested Teams thoroughly again while gathering student feedback, and have identified a few critical issues:
1. In some countries, Teams and Skype do not work properly.
2. The Skype-to-Teams transition is not smooth. When we tested with only a few of our staff members’ Teams accounts, it worked fine, but when we tested with multiple Teams accounts involving students, numerous bugs occurred.
3. Zoom supports many more features than Teams does.
The official switch date will be delayed to April 16th, and we will do our best to collect students’ information as soon as possible.

* If you already have a Zoom account, it is recommened to create a new one exclusively for CAS English, as your account will fall under our Zoom group.
2. Download Zoom Workplace app on your computer and your phone.
