Hello, my name is Tamara Jennings I have been teaching English as a foreign language to both children and adults since 2021. I am CELTA Certified and I also have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts where I studied Criminal Justice and Psychology. I am from the United States of America. I was born and raised right outside of Philadelphia Pennsylvania where I also worked and lived for many years. Currently I am living in Mexico, where I've been since 2023. Much of my work experience has been in the legal field however the experiences that have had the deepest impact on me are the ones that have exposed me to the many diverse cultures that we have in this world. This is one of many things that I love about teaching English as a foreign language. Its the perfect opportunity for people of different cultures to explore ways to connect and find common ground. In addition to language learning and teaching, travelling, learning about cultures and lifestyles in other countries, my other interests include journaling, reading, doing yoga, I also love to spend time in nature.
