Everyone loves ramen because it is easy to cook and tastes good at the same time. Then, who made ramen for the first time?

Momofuku Ando, sitting in the Japanese restaurant, was watching the cook make a fried bowl. At that time, Japan lacked food because it had lost World War II. And the United States provided flour for Japan. He got an idea and decided to make noodles from flour.

He fried the dough in oil so that the moisture in the flour would escape, and then he dried it to store it for a long time. Just pour hot water into it, and then we are ready to eat noodles!

Ando never stopped working on ramen. He ate ramen every day, until he died at the age of 96. He was also the one who made cup-noodles, which made it so much easier to eat ramen!
