I have a list of things that make me happy.
I made this list from this year.
I started making the list after reading a book that said I would feel more stable and comfortable when I could find the little things that made me happy in my daily life.
I've been recording really small and trivial things of everyday life.
For example, waking up in the morning and lying in my bed without any sound, and the wind blowing over my face.
I feel more grateful and happier these days because the small happiness that I can find every day enriches my life.
