I'm trying to do new things for my health these days.

I'm trying to get into some new habits as part of my fitness regiment. Some of these things are as follows: Long walks twice a day(while listening to English podcasts.) and trying to drink more water. It has been 3 days since I really started to drink a lot water. But, I haven't noticed a difference so far. It might be too early to tell. I actually feel rather uncomfortable. I always feel full and I go to the toilet too often. And, there was an incident last night and again this morning... I drank some water before going out for my long walk. I didn't have any problem on my way out but on the way back I thought I would go crazy because I really needed to pee. You know, I drank water right before leaving my house, but it was only 100ml. And it only hit me an hour into my walk.I needed to pee but I couldn't. It was torture. Eventually the urge passed and I was okay. I'm going to make it through this.
