Because of this reversed logic, the polite answer to grant permission is actually 'No' (meaning 'No, I don't mind').

'mind'는 '신경 쓰다, 꺼리다'라는 뜻이에요. 그래서 직역하면 '~하는 게 신경 쓰이세요?'가 됩니다.
