'say'가 아니라 진행형 'saying'을 써야 하고, 의문문에서는 'Are you'로 시작해야 자연스럽습니다.
Use the '-ing' form 'saying', and start questions with 'Are you', not 'You are'.

뒤에는 '(that) + 주어 + 동사' 형태의 완전한 문장이 와야 합니다.
