'sorry to' 뒤에는 동사원형(say)이 옵니다. -ing 형태는 쓰지 않습니다.
After 'sorry to', use the base verb 'say', not the -ing form.

'sorry to say' 뒤에는 that절이나 문장이 오지, 'for + 명사' 구조는 어색합니다.
'I'm sorry to say' should be followed by a clause (that + sentence), not 'for + noun'.
