게으른 것이 아니라 ADHD를 앓고 있다는 5가지 신호
5 Signs You Have ADHD, Not Laziness
Preview
ADHD isn’t about being lazy—it often involves difficulties with attention, organization, and impulse control. People may hyper-focus on unimportant tasks while leaving important ones unfinished. Common signs include a short attention span, poor impulse control, and struggling to stay organized. ADHD can begin in childhood but go undiagnosed for years. If these signs feel familiar, consulting a mental health professional can lead to helpful treatments like medication or cognitive behavioral therapy.
